The service was exceptional from the initial contact with Jerry to the time of project completion. Jerry's assessment of the damage was "spot on", as was his estimate of time to complete the work. His frequent updates of the progress was very helpful. The quality of the finished product was superior. Your shop is the only one I will ever use for body work.

There was no communication with us regarding the delay in getting the car back to us. It was only after I left a voicemail that someone got back to my wife (not me) that there were issues getting parts to complete the repairs. My wife picked up the car yesterday and she was not satisfied with some issues with how the paint surface appeared (call her for details. ****-****-xxxx) or the interior cleanliness of the car. The car has been sitting there for 2 months. It would have taken a few minutes to vacuum out the car before it's delivered. She shouldn't have been the one to ask for this. I have not had the chance to inspect the car yet to see how satisfied I am that the repairs were done.
