The repair job completed on my car at the body shop was outstanding. My car came back looking brand new. The staff was courteous and very time efficient. I was kept updated throughout the whole process and was informed about my car almost daily. Jerry absolutely exceeded my expectations! Not only did he do an outstanding job keeping me informed he also assisted me with a seperate Toyota issue. My dash board was recalled and he contacted the department that handles manufacture recalls and got the **** rolling by getting my new dashboard ordered and having name placed on list to have it installed. The recall department already called me to set up an appointment.
He stayed in contact with me throughout the entire time. He made sure to explain everything that was being done in terms that I could understand. He answered all of my questions and left me feeling like my car was in great hands.
I feel really lucky that I had Jerry taking care of my car and me!
