Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I got my car on time and I had some issues with my car after but they helped out and took care of the problems.

Bumpus took care of our concerns with the repair of our vehicle completely. They were clear in expectations, timelines for resolution and performed a very professional repair on our vehicle. Although our vehicle was over 10 years old and in very good condition the repair is almost if at all unnoticeable. I'm a member of management in a fortune 50 company and would hire any one of the individuals that assisted me in a heartbeat. Please thank them for what they do everyday. I assure you, if you don't know already, quality customer service is not an easy skill to come by. Car overheated on ft Campbell Blvd on the way to return the rental straight from your shop. Parked vehicle at advance auto south of dodges convenience store. Will be calling in the morning as it was past business hours when we picked it up. Other than having to bring the car back to re-adjust the trunk lid and spoiler, you did a fantastic job on the repair work. I have to bring the car back again to get the tape residue off of the windows but that is not a big deal.
