Choosing Bumpus Body Shop was a no-brainer. USAA recommended Service King or Bumpus. My first impression of both places was over the phone when I called to find out more about their services. The receptionist at Bumpus was very understanding and patient answering all my questions. I'm already under a lot of stress from having just been in a wreck, so I couldve done without the piss-poor customer service from Servicw king. I was in and out when I took my car in for an estimate. And my car done sooner than I expected. I'd highly recommend Bumpus Body Shop to my friends and family.
