The only issue I had was initially being told it was going to take 20 days to repair my vehicle. Since the rental vehicle I was given could not accommodate my family--so this caused great stress. And after scrambling around, stressed about being in a rental car that was too small, I the phone call 4 days later that my vehicle was done and I could pick it up. I was really happy that my vehicle was done earlier than expected, and wish that the time estimate hadn't been exaggerated.
