I am over all satisfied with the service. I was receiving regular text updates as recent as the morning of pick up day. I was given a 4pm pick up time. Luckily i called prior to going to pick car up because it wasn't ready. A phone call from someone earlier in the day would have been nice. I was planning my entire day around picking my car up.
