Lengthy repair process, we had to wait a long time for a specific window to be sent to Davidson Ford. This was our only vehicle, and so we incurred more than necessary rental costs.
Very disappointed with the planning process on getting the window ordered sooner.

The date the car was to be fixed by changed more than 6 times. From the accident on ****/28 my car was returned 2/25. Time for the work was estimated at 8 days and was closer to 14. Otherwise the work and the customer service was great.
