I felt very dismissed when I was trying to explain what I knew was wrong with my car. I knew my trunk and body were messed up. The girl ignored my observation and told me the problem with the trunk lid being ajar was simply a common problem with fusions. As it turned out there was damage beyond the cosmetic appearance. I think I know when something is not right. I talked with Ms Vanzant and expressed my concerns. She handled everything with the attention it should have received right from the start. My car ended up needing an additional 1100 body work done. I understand hidden damage but I shouldn't have to tell the collision shop to look for it
