Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant. Written estimate was provided in a very reasonable time-frame. Email status updates were provided when appropriate. Work was finished on a timely basis. Car was waiting out front for pickup. Car drives fine and I am unable to detect any flaws in the repair. I would not hesitate to use Perfection again although hopefully I will not have the need.
