Unfortunately my vehicle was involved in an accident and needed to be fixed. I am VERY lucky that my insurance company referred me to Perfection Auto Body! My entire experience was wonderful! The girls in the office (Ashley & Beki) were super helpful. I was able to get a rental can with ease & returned it at Perfection. I received email updates; when the parts came in, when my vehicle was being worked on, when it would be ready and then confirmed that I picked it up. Eventually I was satisfied but I should not have had to return to the shop to do the following:
****–install the secondary safety latch on the new engine hood
2–install the hood insulation pad
3–install windshield washer nozzles
4–connect the windshield washer hose
