Communication throughout the process was a little lacking/ difficult. This was our first experience with body work and an explanation about next steps, timelines, what we needed to do to move forward would have been helpful. Though once we were able to connect everyone we spoke to or worked with was wonderful, helpful and kind. My car looks amazing and brand new. Also the vacuum and detailing was a surprise and very appreciated.

I am greatly satisfied with the collision body repair. Superb outcome.
I am unhappy that my car is experiencing electrical issues now, beginning the evening my husband pick it up. My husband took my car home & parked it in the garage. When I returned to the state & began driving my car I experienced multiple electrical issues that were NIT PRESENT when I dropped my car off at Chaz. I spoke with Tony who told me ‘all we did was disconnect the battery’ to do the body repairs. I have an appointment with my dealership to figure out what the issues are but like every other businesses in town, the are short handed & the first appointment was 9/26.

My car was towed to your shop August 29th, and I did not receive my car back until September 27th. Myself and my insurance adjustor called multiple times and I was never called back by a supervisor or manager with any kind of update or timeline. It turns out your shop didn’t even do any repairs to my car despite the receptionist heavily encouraging me to let you guys do the work. Instead my car was passed along to the dealership where it became even harder to communicate and figure out what was happening with my car. It felt like my car was lost for a month and no one was invested in getting it back to me.
