My car was towed to your shop August 29th, and I did not receive my car back until September 27th. Myself and my insurance adjustor called multiple times and I was never called back by a supervisor or manager with any kind of update or timeline. It turns out your shop didn’t even do any repairs to my car despite the receptionist heavily encouraging me to let you guys do the work. Instead my car was passed along to the dealership where it became even harder to communicate and figure out what was happening with my car. It felt like my car was lost for a month and no one was invested in getting it back to me.
