Service provided for the vehicle was great, but the multiple duplicate status updates is an over kill to receive text messages, emails and phone calls several times a day to provide the same information. Once would be enough and noted to prevent all the duplicate notifications in the same day.

John key and the young lady at the front desk were awesome. However the lack of communication and/or updates were frustrating. I went to pick up the vehicle today as I was told it would be ready and was told it would be ready in a few days. As soon as I made it home in Elgin, I recieved a call that it was ready. Less than 3 hours later. Recommendation, mechanics/technician keep the front dear agent abreast to what's going on with vehicles. Other than that I have no complaints. I haven't picked up my vehicle, that could change. :-)

Recently had car repaired following an accident. The repair work looks good but I discovered tool marks and scratches on one of the rear pillars (interior) and handprints on my headliner in various places. Otherwise I'd say the work was excellent.
