Steve Dodge did a fantastic job on my car. Not only did he make it look like brand new again but he was extremely nice and helpful through the whole month long process. Having my brand new car be so close to totaled was a very stressful experience & Jones Ford made it so much easier on my husband & I. Poor customer service. I kept getting cheesy automated texts about the progress of the repair, but no one could give me an answer about when it would be complete. Collision center rarely would answer the phone when called nor return calls when message was left.
