Replacement of the bumper was great. Parking sensors in the bumper work normally (I've had the bumper replaced before at a different body shop and the sensors were damaged). Car exterior was washed and interior was vacuumed. Very pleased with the service.

The car is great and I'm very pleased with it. It was supposed to be done on a Friday, and then it wasn't. Then it was supposed to be done Monday, for sure. And it wasn't. Definitely Tuesday.....ah..nope, it wasn't. Absolutely by Wednesday morning and then it wasn't. It was done on Wednesday by about 3 pm. I wanted the work done right and I was happy to leave it there for as long as it took. However, every time I was told " definitely...tomorrow" or whatever, I made arrangements with my employer to leave work early. Don't make time promises you can't keep. Otherwise, great job. No need to call.

I was overjoyed - at the stress free way your business is run. Robbery was an excellent resource and went over and above to fix my car. All the updates I appreciated from the men and ladies at the front desk.
Due to weather and school closing, I had to cancel week after week, but your service and smile and calmness reassuredeball is fine.
