We were told at the time of the estimate that “New OEM parts “ would be used to repair our car. That was the deciding factor for us to use your repair center. A used OEM Fender was installed in the repair of our car. After installing the used Fender, the final bill was $1147.58 higher than the preliminary estimate of $2381.35 , now at $3528.93 That means you were off by ****/3 of your estimate. I know if I was off that much in my job, I wouldn’t have a job, on top of that they never repaired the scratches on the mirror . Would you be happy?
