The work is not complete on ny car as of yet. I went to pick it up and battery light was on which was not on prior to dropping the car off for repairs. Adam wanted to keep it to see what was missed. I am not comfortable picking up my car until the battery light issue is rectified. Also when I went to pick it up I was left with an empty tank of gas and I did not drop it off without any gas.

I have no complaint about the repair work done. My issue is with your timing i was originally scheduled to have my car repaired on 11/8. I was told that the part wasn’t in so I would have to reschedule. This was fine and I asked when a loner car would be available. I was told 11/20. I felt this would be ample time to receive the part so I agreed. As 11/20 neared I realized I would be out of town and since I was told it would take about a week I relinquished my loner car and hoped for the best. When I returned I was told it hadn’t even been started which made me wonder if I took the loaner if it might have been different. My car was finally completed today 12/4 which is almost a month since I began this experience which to me seems excesdive to have to be without a car. I would really have to consider if I would use your service again or recommend this to my friends. This was a simple bumper replacement and many people could not be without their car for this amount of time.
