Not only did we have two of our cars involved in an accident in our driveway, one of them was the van that our handicapped great grand daughter needs to be able to use her power wheelchair. Scott got both cars in and out of the shop is less time than promised, but put a special push to get the van back to us, resulting in only a few days discomfort for that child. The body work was great, it always is. I was given a print out about the tires being out of alignment, when I asked if that was because of the accident I was simply told NO. I can't help thinking that it is a strong possibility that a front end collision could cause alignment issues (you have repaired this car twice for front end collisions). I felt like my question was not treated respectfully and that it and I were dismissed out of hand. This was the service guy Adrian? not the body shop people who are great. The work done was excellent, but I feel like the alignment issue should have been discussed with me and with the adjuster to see if it was accident related rather than some guy just saying no it's not.

Everyone was so nice and kind. Very helpful also. I only had one concern and that was that the rental car was extremely small and I had to pay 6.00 in gas because the line wasn't right at the white full.... that sucked, but overall you guys were great!!!
