Pleased with car repair. Picked up car on Oct 12. Still need black trim with rubber seal fixed by dealership (damaged during repairs). Customer service was great. Kept us informed on status of repair.

I was told repairs were completed, yet when I picked up the vehicle I discovered the issue had not been resolved at all. So now I have to bring the vehicle back again to (hopefully) get my speaker repaired. Also could not be told whether or not the repair would be covered by my Zurich protection.

My car looks and drives great! Even though they couldn't find a chrome fog light piece, they were able to come up with a solution that looks great. They also checked out the car and let me know that I needed new tires to keep it in safe driving condition, which was not part of the repair. I loved the text message status updates and when I picked up my car and had questions, they were able to solve the problems on the spot or get back with me. Overall, I was completely satisfied with the work done to my car.
