I am really impressed the way STAR updated me with the status every day and explained the whole process in detail. Ms. Jennifer was very helpful throughout the process. It was a little long of a wait for the repair, but it was partly due to the weather which is beyond STAR's control.
Of course, it is only Day one of driving only for a few miles, but I am satisfied so far.
