My ONLY complaint was that there was a strong smell in the car, almost like plumbers glue. It makes me a little dizzy.

I am completely dissatisfied with Royal Collision. I lost count of the number of times that Greg lied to me and Allstate. He is an embarasment to Royal Collision and has no credibility based on my experience in dealing with him. My hope and prayer is that I never have anything to do with Royal Collision ever again. Based on my experience I am surprised that you're still in business and I have already told a number of friends about the way I was treated by Royal Collision.

Gary was great to work with, he kept me informed throughout the process on the status of the car, his estimate was accurate and the quality of the work was great. I had to take my car to two places for estimates and I could tell right away the other place (west broad collision) and you could tell immediately that the guy there was way too excited about a car wreck.
