I came to Patrick Collision after being involved in an accident in which the at fault driver was insured by Geico. As I live nearly an hour away, it was much more convienient for me to receive an estimate and leave the vehicle right at the collision shop. I had also heard good things about Patrick. After having had the repairs made, I cannot say enough great things about how my repairs were handled. The repairs were completed quicker than I had anticipated and I was kept informed of the progress throughout the process. My truck looks outstanding. Further, after leaving the facility, I had a mechanical issue (unrelated to the collision repairs)with my vehicle. I called the service desk and within minutes was back in my rental vehicle with Patrick's service center making that repair as well. Everyone at Patrick that was involved in my experience was helpful,friendly,respectful, and genuine. I would recommend Patrick to anyone in need of collision repairs or service and greatly appreciate the assistance that was afforded to me during this time. Thanks again,

The team members are very helpful and friendly. They helped me what I need. Expecially, the lady and the guy from the front dask. They made the coustomer satisfied they call and get me a rental car and they returned it for me. I just had to give the key and picked up my car and leave. Very convenient. It was a pleasure to come and get my car fixed when I was in a bad moment from my accident. I would like to come and be their coustomer again, but hopefully not with the accident.
