I have been extremely happy with the service up until now. Tech-Cor has kept me informed and assured that my vehicle is being taken care of. Through the Tech-Cor window the finished work looks awesome. I am very unhappy because I was unable to pick up my car last night as it had been locked inside the shop. I paid for the service over the phone and made arrangements to arrive after hours to retrieve my car. As you could imagine, it can be difficult to schedule two drivers to make the trip. Last night, we made the trip for no reason. My assumption is that I will find the rest of my experience with Tech-Cor top-notch. Please contact me this morning to discuss. My hope is that Tech-Cor could deliver the vehicle to my home today. If I haven't heard from you, I will call later today. Thank you, Brian O

When I arrived to drop off my car the technician came to me and said "You gotta move this car outta the way I have someone coming in here". I asked where he would want me to go and he said ""anywhere up there".
This is not any way to greet and orient a customer. When I moved but there was nobody around but him and he was conversing with the customer after me.Not a good way to make a good impression.
