They patiently answered any and all of my questions and provided me a thorough walk-through of the process. I appreciated the frequent text message and updates and the quick turn-around on phone communication when needed. The pick up process was equally beneficial. The staff focused on my satisfaction, showed me the car, and walked through all the repair details before I left. As a bonus, it was nice to find that the dash was cleaned as well as the floor mats and interior floors.
