Communication regarding repair status was poor. I initiated all communication and had to leave multiple messages to get call backs. The owner eventually called to apologize and was quite nice but even after that staff was slow to communicate.

FYI : When I picked up my car Saturday afternoon I realized that the ALL the gasoline had been siphoned from my car. It was dead on Empty! There was only one person around and I told him about it. The lady in the office had just left. I limped down to the service station in the next block to fill up. Not a big deal but I thought you should know. (It had not come in near empty)

one small detail.....there was a lot of overspray left on the windshield where the tape was removed and i had to bring the van back for it to be removed. The service guy took a pc of steel wool and removed it in less than a minute. Problem taken care of.
