I picked up my vehicle just before closing, but my car wasn't there.
They had taken it to get it washed and had left the floor mats at the
car wash.
Even though I had not inspected the vehicle, I paid them my
insurance deductible. When the car came back from the wash,
I took the car home.
After I got home, my wife discovered bubbles in the place it was
painted.
Now we have to go back for a second round, and give up the
use of my wife's car for at least 2 more days.
