SouthWest Ford did a fantastic job. They worked with me for drop off time, let me know repair status throughout the repair process, stayed late to ensure the repair got done quickly and the service rep (Rusty Warren) even came in on his day off so I could pick up my vehicle prior to a out of state vacation. I cannot express how great of a job they did. I would happily use them again for any future repairs. If there are any awards that can be given for outstanding service I would highly recommend it go to SouthWest Ford (and more specifically Rusty). The car was ready at exactly the time Rusty told me it would be. They offered to pick me up and take me home even though it was 30 minutes from the dealership. I was promptly helped when I arrived in a friendly and professional manner. When I picked the car up I found they had washed it and cleaned the interior in such a nice way that I almost wondered if I was getting someone else's car. I took the car there, because not only have I taken one of my cars there several years ago, a good friend has taken their car there also. Greenville is a relatively small town and Southwest Ford has a very good reputation and history that most people are aware of, so I wouldn't take my care any place else. Rusty is easy to get ahold of and wants to make sure everything is done well and you are satisfied with the results.

The inside of the passenger wheel cover still makes the same noise as before the additional repair. When wind is under the metal it vibrates. It is not secure.
