I understand that things happen, but having repairs take 2 months is unacceptable. I was told many times that my car would be ready at a set time, and then it would keep getting pushed back. For instance, I was told my car would be ready before thanksgiving. I came back from traveling to hear that not only was my car not ready, there was no rental car or solution until the following afternoon. From there I was told differing statues 4 times. Many times I would have to call for a status report around the time I was told my car would be ready, rather than a courtesy call that it was delayed. Everyone was friendly that I spoke to, but I was very frustrated with the whole process. My car is great and running great, and I appreciate having the work done right. However, please give realistic time frames of repairs rather then pushing the pick up date continuously by a few days.

Best body shop Ive worked with! They go the extra mile and make sure the job is done right. Honestly-I havent been super happy with my Chevy but the customer service and attention to detail from Wilkinson has me reconsidering replacing my Chevy with another brand. I've had fords and hyundais and their repair and body shop services were never this good. I'm willing to stick with Chevy if it means I can keep the same caliber of customer service offered by Wilkinson's.

Great process, the moment I arrived they immediately began looking at my car and walking me through all the next steps. The day that I dropped my vehicle off to get repaired, Enterprise was so busy they wouldn't answer the phone to pick me up. Wilkinson instead called the driver direct and had him get me.
