I experienced the best comstomer service representative I have in a while. Tom Refeitt was very kind and understanding to my needs as a US Army service member on a global response team. He understood that waiting a month to get my vehicle fixed could leave my wife in a situation where she would have to take care of the vehicle which would have caused a significant inconvenience. He discussed the way-ahead with me and called multiple times personally and updated me with the status and potential time frames of completion allowing me to plan ahead with my unpredictable work schedule. Wilkinson and the Body Shop team are the best run organization I have seen in a long time. I will recommend your dealership to everyone I talk to and let them know it is worth the drive (away from Fayetteville) to take advantage of such a great group of people. You have made my car accident one of the more pleasurable experiences this year which I would not have believe at the time of the car crash.
