My experience with the repair work is very satisfactory. Everyone involved was courteous and professional. I have one comment to improve your service at the desk though. I picked up my car on Friday late afternoon, went back to your facility Saturday morning because my anti-theft system power was off. There was only one girl at the desk with several customers. She was overwhelmed and frustrated, and it showed in the way she talked. (I understood her frustration. I waited for 20 minutes and I left.) You may want to have 2 people work at the desk so that one could remain at the desk while the other leaves to retrieve the ready-to-go car.

Because my claim was relatively small, we paid for the whole of the work. I wanted to see if I would be treated differently because my work was a one-off instead of repeat insurance business. Your front desk experience could be a bit more welcoming and friendly. It always seems like everyone at the front desk is too busy or hurrying to finish something else and the customer is a bother.
