Koontz body shop , takes the time to update me on regular basis , on letting me know how my vehicles is doing and they keep me posted also on how much longer they would need to keep working on it . They are a very professional and friendly company , I would recommend their service 100% !!! :) very saddisfied!!!

Very poor customer service. Would not recommend for future patrons. Service for a simple bumper repair took almost 4 weeks and was not completed correctly upon pickup. Team did work hard to fix the problem areas for pickup within the following 24 hours.

I was promised that the repairs to my car would be completed Monday, Dec 22nd (17 days after dropping it off). It was not. I was then promised that it would be completed by Tuesday the 23rd. It was not! Now I'm being told that it will not be ready until potentially the end of December. Multiple broken promises of delivery is not a good way to ensure repeat business! Unfortunately, Koontz was suggested (due to proximity) by my insurance provider. I have ZERO intention of ever letting Koontz work on my vehicles again, and when asked by friends or co-workers I will say "Anywhere but Koontz!" Piss poor service, rude management staff, and failed expectations. I will also be posting my feelings about this experience on Yelp, Google, and anywhere else I can.
