My customer service experience was very great I know I had minor scratches with my car to koontz repair made it really easy with no hassle to fix it and repaint my car they did a great job

Seat belt was most likely damaged by work in back seat
Never called about receipt of new belt for installation.
White paint smudges on car that were previously not there.
Scratches on new bumper.
