Manuel was excellent!!! It just felt like it took a long time you get my car back and unfortunately it's still not done!! Apparently the person that does the detail pinstriping is out of town... So that is not done. My car was towed there on the 17th and I just got it yesterday... With the exception of the the last detailed painting! My Covert Collision point person was Manuel Colunga. He was very helpful and kept me infiormed every step of the way, including helping get my car released from the tow lot, and explaining how the process works when dealing with the insurance companies. He was,also, very articulate in describing for me the extent of the damage, what repair work was going to be required, and how long it was going to take to complete the job. This truly helped my understanding of the situation, and that I was dealing with a man and company that was trustworthy.
