Despite several delays beyond anyone's control
(the alignment computer was down 4 days, the new
bumper was received with damage and had
to be returned, the mechanic was unavailable
to check the exhaust pipe, and finally someone
bumped and scratched the bumper upon the day
of delivery!), all staff including especially,
Ryan McWilliams did an exemplary job. My Covert
Buick Verano looks great! I am glad we all
had the patience to wait 3 weeks.

Car lights left on, battery dead upon pick up.
Antenna was left on dashboard not reinstalled. When I asked about it on pick up i was lied to and told they checked pictures and antenna was never there, but afterwards I found it laying on dashboard, they just never reinstalled it. Not happy about the dishonesty.

After three weeks and multiple emails, with no response, I am still waiting for one part to come in and be added to the bumper. I did not notice the part was missing until after driving away and after paying the deductible. Since then, it is as if no one can be bothered completing the job.
