The left side of my truck, above the gas tank cover, has three vertical lines that can be seen when looking down the side of the vehicle - from either the front or the back. The remainder of the repair was satisfactory, but still being able to see where the bed wall got creased when it bent is less than satisfactory.

Your shop did an excellent job repairing my car. I did have a critique regarding the shop calling me at 5:17 PM to say my car was ready when they close at 6 PM. If I had been informed earlier that my car was going to be ready, I would have headed there so I could get my car before the 6PM closing time. I know you can not always know when a job will be finished, but when you do know, give the customer a call so they have enough time to get to the shop.

Job well done. Car is just beautiful . And they also detailed it to a beautiful shine, inside and out. All staff members were friendly and knowledgable. I had the car estimated on a Friday, dropped off on Monday and picked up on Wednesday afternoon! What more can I say. I'm very satisfied. Thank you for a job well done.

Everything was great! Customer service, quality, everything! However, while I appreciate that my car was completed 5 days a head of schedule, a heads up would have been nice. By the time I got the call at 3pm on a Friday I had to drop everything and run to pick up my car. If I had know it was going to be done early (a week early!) I could have planned better and my overall experience would have been much higher.
