The automated texting service is a nice method of keeping people informed but after all was said and done I ended up calling the shop by phone and got better clarification. In hindsight I would've opted out of the alert.
The quality of work and customer service was outstanding. I appreciate the efforts made to expedite the work as well as the friendliness of the staff working with my schedule.
