Most all of my interaction was with Alex and feel he was honest and kept me updated throughout the process. Car was cleaned on the inside and out upon picking it up. Been raining and looking forward to seeing the car dry. Thank you for a good experience so far. Alex also offered to stay late for both the drop off and pick up if we needed.

My only concern was with the timeframe for completion. I was told three days in a row that my car would be completed by 5pm. Then told they were waiting on parts. I think the collision repair center could’ve done a better job estimating the time to completion.
