I brought my car in for a minor dent on the back bumper. It took 2 full weeks to repair — I dropped it off 8/15, and picked it up 8/29. Although I’m pleased with the actual “work” and the people I talked with were pleasant, this is an excessively long time for a back bumper repair. I have been a customer for several years/multiple repairs but this trend has been getting worse re: taking a long time. I will not be back.
