I was kept well informed about the status of repairs, the cost, etc. Brandi was especially helpful, she kept me informed and answered all questions/concerns I had, she never made me feel rushed as though she was to busy to talk with me. My car also had to be taken to the service department for a repair and the service rep called to tell me what they had to repair and how long it would take, sorry that I cannot recall his name. Overall the employees were very professional and helpful, the repairs look great. Thanks to all involved.
