Very impressed with the entire staff at Classic Collision! They were very professional and accommodating while our vehicle was being repaired. Repaired our vehicle in a quick and timely manner and could not even notice that it was ever in a collision. Would highly recommend to our friends to see Classic Collision if their vehicle needs body work, paint, or repair!

I was called and told my car was complete and ready for pick up. It wasn't ready. When I put it in reverse my rear camera was positioned in the direction of the ground. I had to have get a rental to be able to leave my car this weekend and not miss work on Monday. I am very dissatisfied.

If someone that works there calls the customer and ask if they put the spare tire in the car before they came, and the customer yes yes because it's not at their house and their husband put it back there, then the employee does not need to fuss with the customer saying that the collision center does not have it. And it turns out the collision center did have it (Tom). Then also if there is a spot on the bumper that you can see that got something on it while painting it please fix it before the customer sees it. And don't say oh well it's ok no need to fix it to the customer. When their car is a 2016 car and only had it 3 ****/2 wks when someone rear ended them and the collision center had it a month (Tom). Brandi was great, kept me up to date and very nice!
