Nathan was terrific at responding quickly to my emails and also keeping me updated with the status of my car, which was very important to me. The folks who did the car wash inside and out did a wonderful job. Most impressive of all is that I arrived before 8am this past Monday morning, and Lee took it upon himself to prepare coffee in the waiting area. I had anticipated waiting outside, and really appreciated the open door and the hospitality. The only sort of surprise, for which I was warned by signage, is that someone cleared out the coins in my ashtray. While not a big deal, because I left it there, it was still sort of surprising.

When my repair was completed, 15 minutes after pick up I realized that there was a problem with my car. The problem did not exist prior to repair and the repair shop was closed and then closed during the weekend so the oroblem couldn’t not be rectified in a timely manner.

parts don't match, dirt under paint, not enough metal flake in paint, bumper hangs crooked, looked better before going into C Collision, at least paint and parts matched, should have went to Toyota shop that knows what parts and paint to use, going to Insurances Commission, tired of poor results and excuses
