It appears as though my bumper was not replaced at all. I still see damage on my bumper that was there when I took my car in to be repaired. I was under the impression that my bumper would be completely removed and further damage checked for. The crease in my bumper was still there. Also, I recently put brand new wheels on my car. Whatever tire shine or was used on my tires, or whatever was used to wash my car left a cloudy haze on my wheels. Overall, very disappointed with the condition my car was returned to me.

I was very displeased by the lack of communication throughout the repair process. On Wednesday July 3rd, I was told to contact some man named Nate at the shop for repair updates and I called the shop Wednesday Friday and Monday and each time I was told he was with a customer and would call back. With me renting a car out of pocket it made it difficult to juggle the rental situation as well as getting ACCURATE feedback from the shop. I also never heard back from whoever this Nate guy is.

Although when I was first told my Camry was ready on Friday June 21st I found an issue requiring correction, when I did pick up my car on Tuesday June 25, I was very pleased with the completed work.
