I had paint on my keys..and there was a vent
Inside of my car that was broken that wasn't before ...my car was on empty and they had the air conditioner running

I am satisfied the only thing was that when they replaced the rear bumber they did not remove the step I have installed in the tow hitch and it was scratched in two places while installing the new bumper. I now have to have it sent to have it re powder coated.
