John was great to work with on my repairs. Very professional, easy to reach and provided consistent communication. He worked hard to delivery on my request to use only OEM parts as well as repair start/complete times. Quality of work appears very good but will need to look into rapid blinking right blinker and tire pressure light that came on even though no visible issue with the tire.
Overall very pleased with my experience so long as we can get these last two things corrected. Thanks so much for the opportunity to provide input on my experience at your business.

I could not be more pleased. I appreciate how considerate everyone I saw or spoke to was (John, Laura, Renee, Steven, Julio) and how you provided e-mail updates. I very much appreciate that you rejected some parts that you deemed unacceptable. I was delightfully surprised that you had Julio deliver the car to me and take the rental car back to Enterprise. That is service above and beyond expectations. I love how the car looks. If you all thought my 2003 Civic was "clean" when it was towed in, it now looks showroom new.
My only minor quibble is that during the job I'd asked about tire replacement and nobody had any information about that, but when I got the car back I saw that you replaced the Michelin Harmony with a Michelin Defender, with a different tread. (I know the Harmony is no longer made and the Defender replaced it.) I would have liked to pay out of pocket for a matching Defender on the driver's side since it is my understanding (and I may be wrong) that it is best to have two matching tires.
