Worst experience ever will never use this company again. Wish I didn't get recommend here.

The only thing I could think of to better the company would be a secondary vehicle inspection after the vehicle is deemed complete

The job looks great however, the back up camera is blurry now and wasn't when I brought in the car.

Had a wonderful experience with everyone in the shop, nice and clean friendly and the men in the shop that does the body wk did a fantastic job on my car detailing it out, waxing it. It looks like a brand new car they need some props.

Took a little longer than I anticipated, but the quality of the work was worth the wait. Hopefully will not need their services in the future, but if anyone would ask, I would highly recommend AFD.

Great repair ????

The only disappointment was the long delay in the return of the car.

The repair to the back of my car that was hit looks great. The problem is when I brought my SUV in, I also wanted a scrape on driver's door handle either repainted or replaced. I let my contact person, Dylan, know that this was not part of my insurance claim but to let me know if it could simply be touched up or what the guys in back recommended (perhaps a new handle) and what the cost would be. During the 2 months that AFD had my car, I NEVER received a call from Dylan. Twice when I called he told me my car might be ready in a few days. I then lined up someone to take me to pick it up and then he never called back. During one of those calls, I reminded him about the handle and he did not indicate to me that there was any problem. He said something like, "oh ya, we're on that." The day finally came to pick up my car, and lo and behold, the repair to the door handle was not done. I was completely disregarded by Dylan. He blew off my additional repair. Just nope, not going to do it. This happened to me once before at AFD and I let it go that time... I was stunned that it happened again. While your company does an excellent job in terms of repair, paint, etc, the communication skills of the front office folks are severely lacking. When my husband finally called, Dylan was more forthcoming about the delay. Frustrating, as I signed the contract. It's my car. Even this email requesting a review is addressed to Lewis, my husband, yet sent to my email address. Lame. Misogynistic. I was patronized and disrespected. Ultimately, another guy ordered the paint and the handle was repaired but it was an awful experience and I'm not sure if I will ever bring any of our family's 4 vehicles to AFD again. Try harder!

The service was quicker and professional. I found an issue after the service, made an appointment and it was taken care of the manager Brian free of charge. I would highly recommend this auto shop as professional and reliable.
