I was told that my car would be ready by Saturday, only to find out that your business is closed on Saturdays. I was told to leave an email address for updates, I received 2 initial emails on the first day and no further updates for the rest of the repair. My car was left on Thursday and it was not completed until Wednesday. This was very inconvenient for me. Maybe if I was given updates as per the form I left my email address on, I could have made adequate arrangements for work. Secondly, I was told that if I had my estimate and repair done at the a GEICO repair shop the process would be quicker, and it was definitely not so.
