I have been to many body shops, but your certainly set the standard for cleanliness, professionalism, and keeping the customer informed of progress. When dropping the car off, a technician walked through the process and managed expectations for the repair timeline. The office staff made sure that I received updates on the progress. At pick-up, another technician walked me through the repairs and procedures for washing. Customer service was great.

This is the second accident your team has helped me with. I was so impressed the first time I was willing to pay whatever overage my insurance company would not cover. Unfortunately I didn’t meet anyone that got their hands dirty working on my car but I can say **** was professional, friendly, patient and explained things in great detail.from best case to worst case scenarios . Camille also did a fantastic job keeping me informed throughout the unfortunately long process of the repair. (My rental is going to be more expensive than the repair). Not only did she keep me informed, she has helped me understand how to navigate the confusing ordeal of trying to get my insurance company to cover most if not all of the cost. Everyone I encountered at the shop was pleasant and friendly.
