Everyone I spoke with (receptionist, car rental agent & Geico Rep) at Don Joe was great and very professional. Above all, Michelle Schaeffer from Geico was the best.
I was stopped at a red light and I was rear ended. I had just picked up my new SUV and it had only 21 miles on it. As you can imagine I was very upset, etc when I took my SUV for the damage inspection. Michelle was very professional and reassured me that the repair would be done as quickly as possible and that it would look like new again when I picked it up. Michelle called me that same day and told me exactly what needed to be repaired and estimated how long it would take. When I picked up my SUV Michelle greeted me when I walked in and she walked me out to my SUV and said that she had seen the repairs and that it did indeed look as good as new.
Overall, Michelle and Geico and the people at Don Joe made a bad experience much less of a nightmare. Yay!

There is nothing more I can say about Don Joe Auto Body but AMAZING. Everyone at the shop was courteous and caring not only for me, but my car. All of my questions and concerns were answered and 100% satisfactorily addressed, including the repair to my vehicle. To some people, a car is just that - a car. To me, it's a part of my personality. My car was beautifully restored after being terribly damaged. I would recommend this shop to everyone and anyone that will listen. If you care about repairs to your vehicle, there's no where to go but Don Joe.
