My car was returned with a drained battery. I drove it directly home, parked in my driveway, turned my car off & tried to start it again within a couple of minutes but it would not start. The windshield wipers moved slowly & I heard a clicking sound. I called Don Joe to inform them. I have not been able to resolve the problem as I had to leave immediately for a flight.

The shopped called me Monday afternoon stating that my car was ready. I replied that I was skeptical of that because I bought it in Friday and asked them to make sure. Geico rep also confirmed that it would take one week. I confirmed pick up for Tuesday morning at 7:30am. I arrived promptly and was helped around 7:45. Close to 8am, after waiting for the car to pull up, I was told my car wasn't ready and it was confused for another customer. I am not happy and plan on expressing my disappointment as the team did not attempt to make up for this mix up.
