First it was told to us the day of accident that car was going to be "total loss"
Then it was told it could be repaired and it would take **** week
To make long story short it took over **** month to get car back with always an excuse for the delay.
COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
Also the rental cost for having the car more than the week that was quoted

Overall I was pleased with the body work. However, the fact that the trunk was still not fixed until after I came to pick up my car and had to wait again was disappointing. In the end, it all worked out and I am glad to have my car back good as new.

I gave back the rental car with more gas than what it had when I picked it up, however my car had a lot less than it had when I took it in. Also in every repair shop I have ever used they wash the car before returning it to you which here they didnt. The constant updates on the work were very good however the issues above mentioned were upsetting.
