Was a simple bumper replacement. Bumper installed improperly twice! Still not correct! Still at the auto body shop for correction! Install caused further damage in the form of scratches to paint! Your client was at fault and I tried to be easy going and accept your "Geico approved" shop. Not happy! Bumper replacement that has taken 5 days and not fixed properly. Brand new vehicle, tried to work with you and this is what I get for my troubles! Absolutely unacceptable!

In the future, if a car is not so severely damaged that it can still be driven, it would be easier for the customer if they were allowed to drive the vehicle until the replacement parts arrived.
